All Services Are Final Sale
QuickDrip IV Hydration provides medical IV therapy services at our clinic and at approved service locations. Once an appointment is confirmed or a service is provided, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

- Completed IV therapy sessions
- In-clinic appointments
- Mobile IV appointments
- Missed appointments
- Change of mind after booking
By scheduling a service with us, you agree to this policy.
When Is a Refund Issued?
There is only one situation where a refund may be issued:
If the Assigned Nurse Does Not Show Up
If a nurse fails to arrive at your confirmed appointment time (for mobile service) or is unavailable at the scheduled time at our clinic without prior notice or communication from our team, you may qualify for a full refund.
We take punctuality and professionalism seriously. If this occurs, please contact our team immediately so we can verify the appointment details and process the refund accordingly.
Why We Do Not Offer Returns or Refunds
IV therapy is a medical service that requires advanced preparation. Once you book an appointment, whether at our clinic or for a mobile visit, the following steps take place:

- A licensed medical professional is scheduled.
- Sterile IV supplies and vitamins are prepared.
- A time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
- For mobile visits, travel arrangements are coordinated.
Because of these preparations, services cannot be returned or transferred. Even if you decide not to proceed with your appointment, the resources and medical supplies have already been allocated.
This policy allows us to operate efficiently and fairly for all clients.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If you need to reschedule your appointment, whether at our clinic or for mobile service, please notify us as early as possible.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling and will remain non-refundable.
To avoid any issues, please ensure:

- You are available during your selected appointment time.
- The service location is correct (for mobile visits).
- You are medically prepared and cleared to receive IV therapy.
Refusal of Service Upon Arrival
If you arrive at our clinic or if the nurse arrives at your confirmed mobile location and you choose not to proceed with the treatment for personal reasons, the appointment will still be considered fulfilled.
In such cases:

- The service fee remains non-refundable.
We encourage all clients to ask questions and confirm their selected IV drip before booking to ensure it meets their needs.
